Induction course

Attend the 2-week induction course. New starters welcome.

We specialise in teaching taijiquan, tai chi for health, qigong, neigong and self defence to adults of all ages.

Practicing since 1975, teaching since 1995.

We offer workshops on an evening for school members and private lessons throughout the day Monday to Friday.

Sifu Waller

Sifu Waller
Sifu Waller has over 50 years martial arts experience and holds a professional teaching qualification.

He teaches chin na, shuai jiao, taijiquan, qigong, form, pushing hands, theory & principles, biomechanics, metacognition, martial theory, neigong, jing, self defence, Taoism, weapons, Zen, Taoist Yoga to adults of all ages.

Rachel Waller

Rachel Waller
Rachel is a Malaysian tai chi instructor teaching in Newcastle Upon Tyne. She was born in Kuching, Borneo and is from Chinese/Kayan descent.

Rachel started her martial arts training in the early 1990's, gaining a black belt in taekwondo.
