Supreme ultimate fist is a martial art based entirely on the yin/yang
diagram.
If you do not understand the requirements of mutual arising, hard/soft, etc...
you will be doomed to train externally and continue to use
force.
Neijiaquan must be
understood.
You cannot simply practice the internal arts and hope for a positive outcome.
