De-tox: day 1

The first day of de-tox is perhaps the hardest,or at least it seems so at the time.

Other days will be harder than the beginning.

In some ways it is easy to begin something.
Much harder to endure.
To sustain.
And not to quit.

I cut out sugar, saturated fat, de-caff coffee, reduced my portions and increased my fluids.
