Sifu Waller
Sifu Waller has over 40 years martial arts experience and holds a professional teaching qualification.

He teaches chin na, shuai jiao, tai chi chuan, qigong, form, pushing hands, theory & principles, biomechanics, metacognition, martial theory, neigong, jing, self defence, Taoism, weapons, Zen, Taoist Yoga to adults of all ages.

Rachel Waller

Rachel Waller
Rachel is a Malaysian tai chi instructor teaching in Newcastle Upon Tyne. She was born in Kuching, Borneo and is from Chinese/Kayan descent.

Rachel started her martial arts training in the early 1990's, gaining a black belt in taekwondo.
