We aim to offer students a balanced class:
- 6:30 PM (approx) - informal help
 - 7:00 PM - warm-up (qigong & leg stretches)
 - 7:30 PM - form
 - 8:00 PM - partner work
 - 8:30 PM - cool-down
 
The purpose of this format is to give your mind and body a healthy workout.
