- Proprioception (relative position of body parts/awareness of how much strength is being applied)
- Rhythm
- Mind/body unity
- Leverage
- Kinaesthetic awareness (knowing where you limbs are positioned without needing to look)
- Biomechanics
- Footwork
- Biofeedback
- Ambidextrous use of the limbs
