Taoism favours wholesome, natural eating:
· no meat
· no sugar
· low fat
· no salt
· no additives
· no flavouring
· no preservatives
· no caffeine
· no alcohol/cigarettes/drugs
· no processed foods
· organic food is preferable
· raw food is preferable
· high water intake
· only eat when hungry
