Neigong? Not really

We were sent a link to a site that claimed to be teaching 'neigong'. When we looked at it, the site was talking about 'sharing the light' and self-hypnosis.

The so-called 'neigong' detailed on that website is not what we are teaching.
Neigong is about building up whole-body strength. 
It is not about about hypnosis, auras, lights and spirits.
